Two North Carolina men arrested in Cooper County drug bust
COOPER COUNTY - Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers arrested two men when they found $1.1 million worth of THC vape cartridges during traffic stop Wednesday night.
MSHP Troop F shared in a tweet that they pulled an SUV over after it crossed the center line on I-70 in Cooper County. K9 Rony sniffed out the cartridges.

Robert Cutler, 67, and Benjamin Cutler, 23, both from North Carolina, were arrested on charges of felony delivery of a controlled substance.
MSHP said it seized 22,200 THC vape cartridges with 85-90% THC value.
