COLUMBIA — The Boone County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help finding 60-year-old Garland Wisley who has been charged in a January shooting, it announced in a news release.
According to the release, officers received a tip of Wisley's whereabouts, then searched the area but did not find him. They are continuing to follow leads and are asking for the public's help in finding Wisley.
A reward is being offered for information leading to Wisley's capture. He is listed as 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
